I am a freelance artist and illustrator, living and working in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames (UK).

I graduated from Kingston University in 2008 with a BA (Hons) in Illustration and Animation.

Working primarily with chalk pastel, pencil and coloured pencil, I aim to convey a strong sense of feeling and atmosphere. I enjoy the process of storytelling as well as the immediacy of drawing from life. Often using surreal elements to communicate a sense of inner life, there is an ethereal and timeless quality to my illustration work.

A broad range of illustration clients have included Oxford University Press, Greenwood Grange, Everything New Academy, Fluid Image, The Dandie Dinmont Terrier Club of Canada, CAMDA (Cheltenham Academy of Music and Dramatic Art) and The Thomas Paine Society.

My work has been displayed in exhibitions at several Galleries including Orleans House Gallery in Twickenham, the Riverside Gallery in Richmond, the Queen Elizabeth Hall (Southbank Centre), the Haunch of Venison and the Jago Galleries in London. A permanent mural (created by myself and Nozomi Inoue, a fellow illustrator) can be seen at The Canbury Arms in Kingston Upon Thames.

I regularly exhibit at the Landmark Spring and Autumn Art Fairs in Teddington and my work is stocked at the People Hive Gallery shop in Twickenham. I have also created and contributed artworks to various charitable Art events including the Secret Art Sale for Habitats and Heritage, Art Unleashed! for the Chicago Canine Rescue, Amelia's magazine piece for Shelter's House of Cards exhibition and limited edition pack of cards and The Refuge Tree.
